Studio on East Park Ave


It has been 3 months since opening the doors downtown and I have to say I am LOVING IT!!

It has taken a little bit of work...Ok, LOTS OF WORK...to get it all prettied up. New Paint, New Flooring, New Furniture and lots of new props and accessories to choose from.


This is the view as you enter from the parking lot..I totally love the flow of the space and with the two rooms after the reception area I am able to have 2 separate studios for shooting.


We still have a little Tweaking for our waiting room but it is a nice cosy place for the family to sit and chat and wait their turn infront of the camera.

STUDIO ONE...Is for everyone that is not a newborn...It is a lovely open space to capture everything from Milestones to Headshots, Families to Maternity.

I also have a hair and makeup artist available on premises, just ask me at the time you book your sessions.



STUDIO TWO is the baby room...It allows me to keep all the newborn posers and props separate and clean to ensure the best environment for the most precious of all my clients.


I have a varied collection of scale appropriate headbands,



Wraps, Bonnets, Furs and Rompers.



All you need on the day of your newborn session is to bring me the baby.

Home in time for Summer...

With the school year coming to an end and summer fast approaching I have moving KSP back to the home studio so I can be closer to my family and enjoy summer break with them. But before we moved everything home, the She Shed Studio received an inside makeover, giving it a more updated look that matched that of the downtown space. (we are still working on the outside) Closet Doors still need a lick of paint..but finish the small waiting room nicely. Simple but sweet greets you as you walk in the door. WHAT AN AMAZING TIME TO BE ALIVE.

 As many of you know, I took a step back from taking on clients back in February to focus on some of my own personal artwork. Just a few weeks after making this announcement the world closed down for 2 weeks (Now 5 months and counting) This causing more than a few distractions around the house, such as home schooling, family under my feet 24/7, barn building, chicken house building, big and small animal care and just general life on the farm. None of which was on my list of  "personal projects" or "online classes" that I wished to explore with all my new found "time" But all of the above would serve to inspire me on a new journey. One that would have me blend my love of my farmyard critters, my empty studio and my love of the rich deep color of 16th century Dutch portraits and still life, into something new and exciting.
